Phased Reopening Begins June 28th!
June 15, 2021

We hope that you are staying safe and enjoying the warm start to the summer!  We have some exciting news to share with our AHOV clients and patients!  We will begin our phased reopening on Monday, June 28th!  Please read on to see what that plan looks like and how it will affect you!

Doctor Appointments:

Please call when you arrive in the parking lot (608-845-6700).  Your technician will continue to complete your “check-in” over the phone.  Once complete, you and your pet will be met at the door by your technician and escorted into an exam room. One client per appointment will be allowed inside the building, while wearing a mask. If you prefer a curbside appointment, we will still offer that option.

Technician Appointments:

Please call when you arrive in the parking lot (608-845-6700).  These appointments will continue to be curbside at this time.

Surgery Check-Ins:

Please call when you arrive in the parking lot (608-845-6700).  These appointments will continue to be curbside at this time.

Surgery Discharges:

One client per appointment (wearing a mask) will be allowed inside the building for surgery discharges.  Please come inside when you arrive.

Food/Medication Pick-Ups:

Please call ahead for all food or medication refills.  You may come inside (wearing a mask) to pick up food/medication refills.  If you prefer to curbside service, please give the clinic a call when you arrive and we will be happy to assist you!

We are so excited to welcome you back inside the clinic after 15 months of curbside service.  Safety of our team members, clients, and patients continue to be our number one priority, as it has been throughout the entire pandemic.  We are requiring clients to wear face masks (that cover your entire nose and mouth) for the entire time you are inside the building, regardless of vaccination status.  If you are unable or unwilling to wear a face mask, we will be happy to provide curbside care for you and your pet.

If you are feeling ill or have had contact with a COVID positive person within the last 14 days, please do not come inside the building.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our policies.  We will update you of any changes that take place in the future.

As always, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!  See you soon!
