Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

We at Animal Hospital of Verona understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, our appointment slots are in demand; when a client does not call in advance to cancel their appointment, this action may prevent another pet from getting much-needed treatment.
In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other clients, please be courteous and call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Our appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care. If you need to contact us after hours, please leave a message on the clinic’s voicemail (608-845-6700).
For a 2nd missed appointment or late cancellation, you will be charged $79.00. Should a 3rd “no show” happen, this will result in no refund of the $79.00 deposit. You will be able to reschedule a prepaid appointment at an additional $79.00.
